About FluffyBench
FluffyBench is a set of free tools for photos, units, text and code that do their work in your browser, on your own device. We started it after looking for a WebP converter we could trust with private files. FluffyBench is built and run from the United States.
Why FluffyBench exists
Converting a file shouldn't mean sending it to someone else's server. Every FluffyBench tool does its work on your device, so your files never reach us.
We also wanted tools that keep going when you give them thousands of files, and we measure that. How we test explains how.
Who writes the guides
The guides are written and checked by the FluffyBench team, the people who build the tools. Each one starts from a question people ask about their files.
Every number in a guide comes from running a tool on real files, and the figure says when and on what. Facts from elsewhere link to their source. If you find a mistake, tell us and we'll correct it.
How FluffyBench is paid for
Ads on guides and tool pages pay for FluffyBench. The tools themselves run in a separate workspace that loads no advertising, so ads never see your files. There's no paid plan and no account. FluffyBench has no usage quota and adds no watermark to the images you convert; what you can process at once depends on your browser, your device and the file.
The Privacy policy lists what the ads and the site collect.
