Zero file-processing logs
FluffyBench does not create application logs containing your selected files, generated outputs, or private tool state.
No device fingerprinting by FluffyBench
FluffyBench does not build a device fingerprint for its own tracking. Advertising providers may use their own identifiers as described below.
No file transmission
Files you select, their contents, their details (names, sizes, and image metadata such as location or camera information), and everything a tool creates from them are processed on your device. They are never sent to FluffyBench, our hosting providers, or advertising partners, and never stored on any server.
Temporary storage on your device
Some large operations use temporary browser-managed storage within FluffyBench's isolated workspace. Advertising scripts run outside that workspace and cannot directly access its storage. Temporary files are removed when they are no longer needed. An interrupted or crashed session can leave temporary data behind; FluffyBench checks for abandoned files the next time an image tool opens. You can also clear temporary workspace files from the image converter's Settings panel.
How FluffyShield works
Tools are kept apart from advertising
Every tool runs in an isolated workspace on a separate web address that loads no advertising. The workspace sends the surrounding page only scrolling and settings-panel signals, never file data.
Website and hosting
The local-file boundary
Keeping selected files local does not mean the website makes zero network requests or that advertising providers collect no data. Hosting, CDN, and advertising services may receive normal web and advertising data. They do not receive the files you select or the files FluffyBench creates.
Hosting and CDN
Your browser connects to FluffyBench's hosting and CDN to load the site. Those providers may retain ordinary network records under their own policies.
No FluffyBench analytics or session replay
FluffyBench does not operate its own analytics or session-replay service. Advertising providers may perform ad delivery, security, fraud prevention, and measurement as described below.
Storage and cookies
Local preferences
FluffyBench stores your light/dark theme and harmless tool preferences such as image output quality and JPG transparency fill in browser local storage. Your recent and favorite tools are stored only in the isolated workspace, and the tools page shows them in a workspace panel, so public pages and their advertising scripts can't read them. None of this storage contains your files, file details, or generated outputs.
FluffyBench application cookies
FluffyBench itself does not set application cookies. Advertising partners may place or read cookies or use other browser storage when advertising services are active, subject to applicable consent and privacy choices.
Consent and privacy choices
FluffyBench uses consent and opt-out controls where required before personalized advertising is served. When Google Privacy & messaging is available, the Cookie settings controls here and in the footer reopen it.
Advertising
Advertising code
FluffyBench loads Google AdSense code only on guides and tool pages, for advertising. It never loads on the home, About, How we test, Contact, Privacy policy or Terms pages, and never inside the isolated workspace that handles your files. Site verification uses a meta tag that loads nothing. AdSense code can make network requests even when no visible ad is shown.
Advertising-provider data
Third-party advertising vendors, including Google where used, may place or read cookies and may use web beacons, IP addresses, browser or device identifiers, and ad-interaction data to serve, measure, protect, or personalize ads as permitted by your settings and applicable consent requirements.
Personalized advertising controls
Where personalized Google advertising is enabled and permitted, Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to select ads based on visits to FluffyBench or other sites. You can manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings.
Google partner data use
Google describes how it uses information from sites and apps that use its services on its partner-sites information page.
Third-party privacy
Third-party partners do not receive selected files, generated files, filenames, paths, thumbnails, hashes, queue state, or diagnostics from shielded tools.
