Use the tools lawfully, keep control of your originals, and review generated results before relying on them.

Agreement and use
Acceptance
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use FluffyBench.
Personal and commercial use
FluffyBench may be used for personal work and ordinary commercial work.
Lawful use
You are responsible for having the right to process the files you select and for complying with applicable law.
No abuse
Do not use FluffyBench to violate the law or another person's rights, distribute malware, bypass security controls, or interfere with the service.
Your files and outputs
Your ownership
FluffyBench does not claim ownership of the files you select or the outputs you create.
No backup service
Local tools do not act as file storage or backup. Keep your originals and download anything you want to retain.
Review your results
Conversions and other tools can be lossy, incomplete, or incompatible with a particular file. Check output before relying on it.
Privacy and network services
Local processing
The Privacy policy describes local processing. Local tools do not use cloud file processing.
Website delivery
Loading FluffyBench uses normal hosting and CDN requests. Those systems do not receive the files you select or files FluffyBench creates.
Advertising and measurement
FluffyBench does not operate its own analytics or session-replay service. Google AdSense code may be loaded on guides and tool pages for advertising, never inside the isolated workspace that handles your files; Google and other advertising providers may use cookies, identifiers, and ordinary network data as described in the Privacy policy. FluffyBench does not send selected files, generated files, filenames, previews, or tool results to advertising providers.
Third-party destinations
External destinations are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Availability and changes
No uptime guarantee
FluffyBench may be unavailable, interrupted, changed, or discontinued at any time.
Technical limits
Browser, device, memory, file-format, and other technical limits can prevent a tool from completing.
Abuse protection
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or infrastructure from abuse or security threats.
Intellectual property
FluffyBench materials
The FluffyBench name, branding, site design, documentation, and other original materials remain owned by FluffyBench or their respective licensors.
Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluffyBench is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms limits a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluffyBench will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or loss of use arising from FluffyBench.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total aggregate liability for all claims relating to FluffyBench will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid FluffyBench during the 12 months before the claim or USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so these limits apply only to the extent allowed by applicable law.
Your responsibility for claims
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify FluffyBench against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
General terms
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as FluffyBench changes. The current version and its update date will be posted on this page.
Severability
If one part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
No waiver
A failure to enforce one part of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. They do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
